Protagonist of the Venetian tradition, this vegetable will be interpreted in a creative way by the restaurant's chef, in a tasting journey that combines delicate flavors, original textures and unusual combinations.

  • Boiled egg stuffed with tuna, asparagus, mayonnaise and crispy tomato

  • Scrambled eggs with cheese and white asparagus in beurre blanc

  • Risotto with white asparagus, chicken roe and green asparagus salad

SECOND 

  • Venetian asparagus and pork fillet

DESSERT 

  • Semifreddo with caramelized asparagus and zabaglione cream
