
On Saturday 31 May 2025, at 7:30 pm, the Malga Ronchetto Refuge invites you to celebrate the summer season with "Scents of Spring", a special evening dedicated to the authentic and seasonal flavors of the Asiago Plateau 7 Municipalities, enhanced by fresh products, wild herbs and local delicacies.
Immersed in the picturesque Piana di Marcesina, among fragrant woods and flowering meadows, the refuge offers a dinner that pays homage to local and seasonal excellences: from vegetables and wild herbs to fine snails, from morels to tasty Pennarone cheese... DISCOVER THE MENU BELOW.
A unique opportunity to taste dishes prepared with fresh and genuine ingredients, which tell the tradition and biodiversity of these mountains, accompanied by house wines and a warm welcome.
