How about saying goodbye to 2024 and welcoming the new year in a typical mountain refuge, immersed in the magic of the Asiago Plateau?

On Tuesday, December 31, 2024, the Campomulo Refuge invites you to live this unique experience with the New Year's Eve dinner and party, a special occasion to celebrate the end of the year in a warm and convivial atmosphere. The cosy rooms of the hut, festively decorated, and the crackling of wood in the fireplace will be the setting for an evening to remember.

For the occasion, the chefs of the refuge offer a rich and refined menu, designed to enhance the typical flavors of the area with high quality dishes (the complete menu is shown below). 
From the appetizer based on porcini mushrooms from the Plateau to the venison fillet with blueberry sauce, each course is designed to offer an unforgettable gastronomic experience. And, of course, there will be traditional desserts, as well as lentils and cotechino as a good omen for the new year.

The evening will be enlivened by a DJ set and music that will accompany you for the duration of the event, until the stroke of midnight and beyond, to dance and toast in the company of friends and family.

• Porcini mushrooms flan from the Plateau with gorgonzola cream and venison speck

First courses

• Risotto Gran Riserva Carnaroli with purple cap from our garden and Pennarone buds
• Tagliatelle with scallop, shrimp and zucchini medallions

Interval

• Green apple sorbet, prosecco and vodka

Second course

• Venison fillet with blueberry sauce and grilled Treviso radicchio

• Panettone and pandoro with Chantilly cream

Midnight toast with a glass of prosecco Tenuta 2Castelli
