Also this year, the Municipality of Roana is preparing to celebrate the Liberation Day, to remember the end of the Nazi-Fascist occupation and pay homage to those who fought for freedom and democracy in Italy.

The commemorative ceremony will take place on Friday 25 April 2025 in Treschè Cesuna, a hamlet in the Municipality of Roana, and will see the participation of the Weapon Associations, the municipal authorities, the citizens and the M. Lemerle Music Band of Cesuna, which will accompany the solemn moments with its performances.

The appointment represents an opportunity for collective memory, in remembrance and gratitude towards those who sacrificed their lives for a free and democratic Italy.

• 10:15 a.m . - Meeting at the church of San Rocco, with flags and flags of the Weapon Associations, Banner of the Municipality and M. Lemerle Music Band of Cesuna
• 10:30 a.m. - Holy Mass in the church
• 11:15 a.m . - Parade of the procession to the Monument of Treschè Cesuna, deposition of the wreath and blessing
