GOAL: Piana di Marcesina - Valmaron - Asiago plateau and the Seven Municipalities (VI)
The plain of Marcesina is an enchanted place, where you can immerse yourself in the nature and history of our mountains. This experience is made even more magical when, walking at sunset you can observe the warm colors radiating the profiles of the surrounding Alps.
Snowshoeing, as the night progresses, the moonlight will illuminate our steps.
The guide will entertain you with many curiosities about the nature and traditions of these mountains, but also about the sky and the queen of the evening: the Moon.
Reservations are required.
DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route develops between mountain paths and dirt roads.
The difference in height uphill is less than 220 m, there are no exposed sections.
TO TAKE WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion, a small snack such as dried fruit, front battery possibly with fixed red light.
COST: € 20 for guided snowshoeing, € 10 for children under 15 and subscribers.
Possible snowshoes and poles rental: € 10 per person.
In case there is not enough snow it will be a guided walk.
MEETING PLACE: 6.00 pm at the Valmaron Refuge car park, Enego (VI)
It starts on foot from the meeting place.
