Historical-naturalistic excursion with ring route in the company of Asiago Guide
GOAL: Cima Portule - Asiago and Seven Municipalities Plateau (VI)
Event organized by Asiago Guide in collaboration with the municipal administration of Roana and the Pro Loco of Treschè Conca.
Cima Portule, with its 2,308 meters, is the second highest peak of the Asiago Plateau and offers breathtaking views ranging from the Dolomites to the Venetian Plain. A guided hike on this natural balcony is an unforgettable experience for lovers of nature, history and challenges.
What to expect
- A challenging but rewarding ascent that offers spectacular views of the Alps and beyond...
- Above the tree line, you will discover the peculiarities of alpine flora and fauna, including chamois, eagles and several species of wild flowers.
- A journey through history: back in time, from the arson of 2015 to military exercises, from the Great War to the smugglers' routes.

📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 5 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route develops between mountain paths and dirt roads crossing the upper area of the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities. The uphill elevation gain is less than 700 m, there are partially exposed sections.
🎒TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 L), a small snack such as dried fruit, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, any towel to sit on, PACKED LUNCH.
🫰COST: €15 for the guided excursion per person, FREE for children under 15 years old.
