On Sunday, August 4 , 2024, the Asiago Plateau will host a unique event that promises to combine music, beauty and nature: "The Sound of Silence". This evocative concert will take place on Monte Longara, near the Cippo del Papa, north of the town of Gallio.
The event will start at 11:00 am with free admission, offering everyone the opportunity to live an unforgettable experience immersed in the splendid natural setting of the Plateau.
In this enchanting setting, surrounded by fir and beech woods and with a breathtaking view, the Italian Rhythmic Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Maestro Diego Basso, will make its notes resound in the mountains. The 45 elements of the orchestra will be accompanied by the lyrical voices of Alessandro Lora (tenor), Chiara Cremaschi (soprano) and Claudia Sasso (soprano), who will alternate in a rich and varied repertoire.
The concert program includes the most famous arias by Giacomo Puccini, on the occasion of the centenary of his death, and the timeless soundtracks by Ennio Morricone. There will also be pieces by other great composers such as Verdi, Mascagni and Bizet, as well as some original pieces by Maestro Diego Basso himself.
A real celebration of music and nature, capable of vibrating the deepest chords of the soul and creating perfect harmony with the surrounding environment.
Spectators will have the opportunity to reach the concert venue on foot, choosing between two suggestive routes: one from the parking lot of the Campomulo Refuge and the other from Le Melette. Both trails will offer a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in nature and enjoy the beauty of the landscape before being enveloped by the melodies of the orchestra.
Don't miss the opportunity to participate in this extraordinary event that combines the magnificence of music with the unspoiled beauty of the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities.
An unmissable event for those who love nature, culture and intense emotions.
