On Sunday, August 3, 2025, Gallio will host a unique event that combines music, nature and spirituality: "The Sound of Silence", an evocative open-air concert to be held on Monte Longara, at the memorial stone dedicated to Pope John Paul II, north of the town.
The event will begin at 11:00 am with free admission, and will offer all those present the opportunity to live an intense and immersive experience, surrounded by the splendid natural setting of the Plateau.
In this enchanting setting, among pastures and fir and beech woods, and with a gaze that sweeps over the mountains, the Italian Rhythmic Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Maestro Diego Basso, will perform. The orchestral performances will be enriched by the voices of three exceptional opera performers: the tenor Alessandro Lora and the sopranos Chiara Cremaschi and Claudia Sasso, who will alternate in a rich and varied repertoire. A special guest is also expected to attend.
A real festival of music in nature, capable of touching the deepest chords of the soul, in a perfect balance between music and silence, between art and landscape.
The public will be able to reach the concert venue on foot, choosing between two suggestive routes: one from the parking lot of the Campomulo Refuge and the other from Le Melette. Both trails will offer a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in nature and enjoy the beauty of the landscape before being enveloped by the melodies of the orchestra.
Don't miss the opportunity to participate in this extraordinary event that combines the magnificence of music with the unspoiled beauty of the Asiago Plateau Seven Municipalities.
