Sala s. Giustina-Roana-Henry Giacomin, flute and Juan Martin Oyhenart, guitar music by Ibert, Castelnuovo Tedesco, Piazzolla-Monday, July 28

The duo-Oyhenart Giacomin offers a concert of Chamber music in which the protagonists are the guitar and the flute.
Unusual combination for the general public, this duo combines the rhythm to melodic line to present a heterogeneous and refined program.
The first part of the program proposed by listening to European music, among which you'll see deeply different style but always a great vivacity of composition and a heightened melodic vein.
Jacques Ibert, refined author of French music of the twentieth century, offers us his Spanish in this vein Entre ' act (literally interlude) blood and passionate character.
Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco was a pianist and composer who became immediately on guitar with compositions that express fully his love for this instrument. His music is characterised by a very rich and fluent, melodic style that distinguishes the Sonatina op. 205.
In his work as a composer he excelled also in vocal music. "My ambition and, even more, a deep immediacy, has always been to combine my music to poetic texts that have aroused my interest and my emotion, to grasp the lyrical expression".

The second part of the program is dedicated to important South American composers, the most notable of which is Astor Piazzolla, Argentine musician and composer considered among the best virtuosi of bandoneón at the forefront among the reformers of the tango. With his Histoire du Tango describes how popular expression has changed over the years: the company changes and the music also ... but remains unchanged its energetic charge throbbing passion. The tango, in the end, invites to dance our soul!
