GOAL: Roana – Plateau of the Seven Municipalities (VI)
Event co-financed and organized in collaboration with the Pro Loco of Roana and the Municipal Administration of Roana.
Discover the secrets of the wildlife of the Asiago Plateau on a guided hike!
What to expect:
- Learn about the habits and curiosities of animals such as roe deer, hares, deer, foxes and even wolves!
- Learn to recognize the tracks and signs of presence left by squirrels, badgers, and birds of prey.
- Observe the animals in their natural habitat: alpine pools, fallen trees and bark, flowery meadows and fir and beech forests...
- Sharpen your senses and enjoy an evening in the fresh air among the wonderful mountain nature!
Reservations are mandatory.
📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty of 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route is a loop, suitable for everyone and develops between dirt roads and mountain paths and a few short stretches of paved road with little traffic. The difference in height is less than 200 m, there are no exposed sections and it does not present particular technical difficulties.
🎒WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat.
🫰COST: €5 for the guided excursion per person. Free for residents in the municipality of Roana.
