Saturday 7 October 2023, Gallio will host an event dedicated to tradition and flavor: "DesmonteCavra", which celebrates the annual return to the valley of the goats of Malga Busette.
The appointment is for 12.00 in Piazza Italia, where the flock will make a stop before continuing its journey.
It will be a day full of emotions, with a guided excursion by Alexplora, followed by the "CA'LUNCH" based on goat products, in the company of Alberto Marcomini at the La Capr'Allegra Restaurant.
Desmonte Cavra is not a simple event: it is a dive into the authenticity of rural life, a celebration of tradition and nature, an opportunity to immerse yourself in the local culture and appreciate the flavors of goat products, all while enjoying the pristine beauty of the landscapes of the Asiago Plateau 7 Municipalities.
