On 1 January 2018, the Restaurant St. Hubertus ofHotel Europa Residence, located at Asiago, offers a delicious menu on the occasion of Easter dinner.
On the table there will be food traditionally linked to the Easter holidays, as the kid and the Dove, and the typical products of the spring season, like the asparagus and herbs .

2018 EASTER LUNCH MENU
Appetizer:
- Rhubarb confit, white asparagus plating, red shrimp flavored with lime
(Crustacea)
First courses:
- Dumpling stuffed with herbs, smoked ricotta cream, zest of lemon
(eggs, cereal, milk and dairy products)
- Creamed rice to hop sprouts, almond milk, veal sweetbread
