On Thursday, July 31, 2025, Gallio invites residents and tourists to participate in a healthy and regenerating initiative, ideal for everyone: a gentle gymnastics session in the greenery of the Brotherhood Park, to start the day with energy, vitality and good humor.

The event will be held from 9:00 to 10:00, and will be dedicated to muscle awakening through simple but effective exercises, guided by Chandra Yoga instructors.

Gentle gymnastics is a practice suitable for all ages and training levels, designed to awaken the body in a gentle but effective way. The exercises focus on stretching, strengthening muscles and increasing flexibility.

Practiced in the open air, immersed in the mountain landscape of the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities, this activity amplifies its benefits, helping to reduce stress and promoting the connection with one's body and the environment.

Participation is free and does not require reservations, making it accessible to anyone who wishes to join. In case of bad weather, gymnastics will take place in the Auditorium.

N.B. The muscle awakening is held every Thursday in summer 2025, from 10 July to 28 August, from 9:00 to 10:00 at the Brotherhood Park in Gallio.
