Sunday 6 April 2025 from 10.00 am to 3.30 pm
Goal: Pach di Rotzo waterfalls - Plateau of the Seven Municipalities
Starting from the characteristic center of Rotzo, we will cross the mountain countryside where the renowned "Patata di Rotzo" is grown, a local product of excellence.
We will then enter an enchanting mixed forest, a treasure trove of biodiversity, where we will be inebriated by the bright colors of mountain flowers. Along the way, we'll also encounter several signs of the presence of wild animals such as chamois.
The experience will continue between the rocky ledges, giving us spectacular views of the Val d'Assa, with overhanging views that will leave you breathless. Step by step, the music of the flowing water will reveal the presence of the Pach Falls, a place where nature and legend come together in a magical atmosphere.
Here we will have a packed lunch for a convivial moment of connection with the surrounding nature and then return to the starting point.
A Sunday of well-being where sounds, colors and scents of spring will give us a Mountain of Emotions!

📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 3 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route develops between mountain paths, dirt roads and a few short stretches of paved road with little traffic. The uphill elevation gain is less than 300 m, there are short exposed sections.
🎒TO BRING ALONG: waterproof mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate (there may be warm air rising from the valley), waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion, a small snack such as dried fruit, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, any towel to sit and possibly to dry your feet, PACKED LUNCH.
🫰COST: €25 for the guided excursion per person, €10 for children under 15 and season ticket holders.
Participants will be offered a taste of local products.
🧭MEETING POINT: 10.00 am at the Rotzo car park. Precise information will be sent a few days before the excursion to those booked. We start on foot from the meeting point.
