On Friday, July 5th , the Biosphaera Guides organize a sunset excursion on Mount Cengio, in the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities.
The departure will be at 6.30 p.m. from Piazzale Principe del Piemonte, where you can leave your cars and from which the Granatiera, a military road built overlooking the Astico Valley during the First World War, starts.
Along the way you will cross tunnels, trenches and cave emplacements, discovering the history of those who fought and died in these places; The incredible views of the surrounding mountains and valleys and the lush nature will always be present.
Once at the summit, you will be able to admire a wonderful sunset, before having dinner immersed in the environment and returning to the cars.
The excursion will be led by an Environmental, Hiking and Historical Guide.
