Behind each cheese there is a pasture of a different green under a different sky: come with us to discover (and taste) the secrets of the real Asiago di malga cheese, produced according to ancient techniques that have been handed down from generation to generation, albeit with modern processing tools. From the territory to the table for a 360-degree sensory experience. Tasting a typical gastronomic product means meeting the culture of a territory!
A mountain cheese contains over 120 types of herbs, flowers and essences that give the cheese taste, color, scent that distinguishes it. Are you curious to know and taste? Come with us... We are waiting for you!

DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging).
The route is a ring and does not present particular technical difficulties. It develops starting from Malga Verde, then along meadows, pastures, mountain paths and dirt roads. The difference in height uphill is less than 150 m, there are no exposed sections.
TO TAKE WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit.
COST: 20 € per person for the guided excursion, with aperitif and tasting of Asiago cheese from Malga Verde. 10€ for children up to 15 years.
