What to expect:

• A dip in the history and traditions of the Asiago Plateau, to discover the ancient crafts of the past.
• A guided excursion through the paths of the plateau, to discover the flora and fauna of the pastures, immersed in a magical atmosphere.
• The thrill of milking a cow by hand at Malga Mazze Inferiore, an ancient gesture handed down from generation to generation.
• Boundless views of the Venetian plain and the mountains of the Plateau, illuminated by the colors of the sunset.
• Visit to the Asiago Cheese production laboratory to discover its techniques and secrets.
• A typical dinner (optional) based on genuine products prepared with local ingredients, the menu includes:
  • Tasting of alpine cheeses and cold cuts
  • Tosella polenta and mushrooms
  • Panna cotta
  • Water and wine

A perfect experience for all those who want to experience a mountain of emotions in company!

📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)

The route does not present any particular technical difficulties, is suitable for everyone and develops between dirt roads and mountain paths. The uphill elevation gain is less than 200 m, there are no exposed sections.

🎒TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, headlamp for the 10-minute walk back after dinner.

🫰COST: €20 for the guided excursion and milking per person, €15 for children under 15 years old.

COST OF THE DINNER: € 15 per person for the above menu to be paid directly at the hut - children's dinner with a reduced menu of € 10.
