DESTINATION: Malga Mazze Inf. - Asiago Plateau and the Seven Municipalities (VI)
Live a unique and unforgettable experience among the mountain huts of the Asiago Plateau!
What to expect:
- A guided hike through the paths of the Plateau, to discover the flora and fauna of the pastures
- The thrill of milking a cow by hand, an ancient gesture handed down from generation to generation.
- Breathtaking views of the Veneto plain and the mountains of the Plateau.
- A visit to Malga Mazze Inferiori, where you can learn about the typical products and life of the mountain pastures, to discover the production techniques of fresh and aged cheese, as well as the maturing techniques according to ancient traditions.
- A dinner (optional) based on genuine products prepared with local ingredients with the following menu:
- -Tasting of cheeses and cured meats -Tosella polenta and mushrooms -Panna cotta
- -Water and wine

📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty of 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route does not present any particular technical difficulties, is suitable for everyone and develops between dirt roads and mountain paths. The difference in height is less than 200 m, there are no exposed sections.
🎒WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, headlamp for the 10-minute walk return after dinner.
🫰COST: €20 for the guided hike and milking per person, €15 for children under 15 years old.
DINNER PRICE: €17 per person for the above menu - children's dinner with reduced menu at €10/€12 to be agreed at the time of booking.
