Event organized and co-financed with the Municipal Administration of the City of Asiago.
During this experience at Malga Campomezzavia we experience firsthand the art of traditional cheesemaking.
Let's discover the curdling process to obtain the Tosèla flavored with the herbs collected together during the walk, the typical fresh cheese of the Plateau, ready to be tasted.
We also try our hand at processing butter, using fresh cream and traditional techniques, until we obtain a product with an authentic taste, an expression of the botanical richness of the pastures and the skilful work of the malga people with their cows.
At the end of the activity, we taste the products prepared with our own hands, an experience of yesteryear... indeed: timeless!

📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route does not present any particular technical difficulties, is suitable for everyone and develops between dirt roads and mountain paths. The uphill elevation gain is less than 220 m, there are no exposed sections.
🎒TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, any head torch if in possession with a fixed red light.
