The area South of ' Plateau is less well known by mass tourism, but no less beautiful and interesting.

Given the location of the meadows and pastures of these hills are the first to flourish: crocchi Superintendent and scille but soon give way to the daffodils and the Primroses . Get off in the middle of the first herbs, with a centuries-old gesture, our people gather to eat and be purified after the long winter: dandelion, kumo, kobis, nettles and much more ...

During the walk we enjoy the landscape offered by the southern edge of the Alps by learning to know and to use the herb meadows and Woods.
