Destination: Cesuna di Roana

Event organized and co-financed by the Municipal Administration of Roana as part of the event Hoga Zait - the Cimbrian festival.

The town of Cesuna has several surprises in store for us... In addition to the cool woods, beyond the places of memory, beyond the sweeping views of Mount Jock... During summer walks, the background of cowbells marks our step, if we follow the tinkling of grazing cows we reach Malga Zovetto where an ancient and always new ritual is performed every day: making cheese... And all the other delicacies from our alpine pastures!

📈DIFFICULTY: we assign difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)

The route does not present any particular technical difficulties, is suitable for everyone and develops between dirt roads and mountain paths. The uphill elevation gain is less than 220 m, there are no exposed sections. 

🎒TO BRING ALONG: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate (long pants recommended), waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion, a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat.
