On Saturday 26 July 2025, at 3:30 pm, in front of the Palaciclamino di Cesuna, the program of Hoga Zait, the Cimbrian festival of Roana, offers "Cheese in the square", an original event organized by the "Le Terre Alte" Association, which combines tradition, flavors and mountain knowledge.

Participants will be able to attend a demonstration of the ancient techniques of cheese processing, with a fascinating dive into the dairy past of the Plateau. The workshop also includes a workshop on the preparation of butter. 

A unique opportunity to rediscover the value of local agri-food traditions.
