On Friday, July 18, 2025, at 5.00 p.m., at the Council Chamber of the Municipality of Roana in Canove, the official inauguration of the 20th edition of Hoga Zait, the Cimbrian festival of Roana, which has been celebrating the Cimbrian culture, identity and tradition of the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities since 2006, will be held.

At 5.30 p.m., the presentation of the "Lab Village – Laboratory Mountains" project will follow, promoted by the Ca' Foscari University of Venice as part of the iNEST – Interconnected North-East Innovation Ecosystem program.

With the title "Culture and creativity draw new perspectives for tourism on the Plateau", the meeting will be led by Fabrizio Panozzo, professor of Cultural Policies and head of Spoke 6 of the iNEST project. 

The artists involved in the first pilot action of the project, dedicated to the Cimbrian Highlands, will also speak: 

– Fabio Bonelli, musician and creative 

– Diego Dalla Via, playwright and actor.

A moment of reflection and discussion on the cultural and creative potential of mountain territories and on new horizons for tourism.
