On Saturday 4 January 2025, at 21:00, the Cinema Teatro Palladio in Cesuna di Roana will host the company "Teatro delle Arance" with the representation of the comedy "I Promossi Sposi", for an evening of laughter!
This original and brilliant reinterpretation of Alessandro Manzoni's famous novel "The Betrothed", written and directed by Giovanna Digito, transforms the story of Renzo and Lucia into an overwhelming comedy, enriched by music, dances and folkloric characters.

"I Promossi Sposi" offers a fresh and fun vision of Manzoni's classic, keeping the main themes intact but presenting them through a comic and contemporary lens. The spectators will be transported, like this. in a visionary world, where the events of the two protagonists come to life in an unexpected and engaging way.
