GOAL: Monte Lemerle – Cesuna di Roana – Asiago and Seven Municipalities Plateau (VI)
Event co-financed and organized in collaboration with the Pro Loco of Cesuna and the Municipal Administration of Roana.
Monte Lemerle: Vaia and the Great War. A morning in the company of Asiago Guide between history, nature and art.
What to expect:
- a path characterized by the presence of wonderful works of art created by local artists using Vaia wood
- An immersion in the forest to discover the state of health of our woods, awaken the senses and enjoy the well-being that only the mountains can give
- Along forest roads and the places that were the scene of fierce battles, the guide will lead you in the interpretation of the landscape that surrounds you between past, present and future prospects
- Vaia and Great War, two events that have marked the territory and the hearts of the men of these mountains.

📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route does not present any particular technical difficulties, is suitable for everyone and develops between dirt roads and mountain paths. The uphill elevation gain is less than 250 m, there are no exposed sections.
🎒TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, sunglasses, hat.
🫰COST: €5 for the guided excursion per person. Free for residents in the municipality of Roana.
