On Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at 9:00 pm, at the Gallio Auditorium, a new appointment in the "Aperitif with the author by Brazzale" review awaits you, which will feature Daniel Lumera, naturalist biologist, teacher and one of the most authoritative international experts in the field of well-being and quality of life.
During the meeting, the author will present his latest book "Ti lascio andare. How to lighten oneself from thoughts, memories and other invisible burdens to make room for life" (Ed. Mondadori), a profound and touching guide to the theme of letting go, understood not as renunciation, but as a path towards a more authentic, light and conscious life.
Through an approach that integrates ancient wisdom and neuroscientific research, Lumera leads the reader – and, on this occasion, the viewers – to reflect on how to free oneself from fears, pains, broken relationships, expectations and addictions, to fully live the present. The book is also inspired by his experience in accompaniment at the end of life, enriched with profound reflections on the meaning of detachment, ego and gratitude.
Author of numerous bestsellers such as The Cure for Forgiveness, Twenty-One Days to Be Reborn, The Way to Lightness, Biology of Kindness and 28 Breaths to Change Life, Lumera is also the creator of the My Life Design® method and founder of the International Kindness Movement, active in the promotion of peace, kindness and cooperation globally.
Admission to the event is free, subject to availability.
