From Friday 27 to Sunday 29 December 2024, Gallio will host a lively cooking workshop for young gastronomy enthusiasts with the "Junior Chef Academy", which will take place at the Kindergarten.

This exciting cooking class is organized by "Il Mondo di Bu", a cooking school for children based in Vicenza, which since 2012 has been offering courses and workshops dedicated to children. 

The "Junior Chef Academy " adopts an innovative teaching method that focuses on simplicity and fun, allowing young participants to learn the basics of cooking in a joyful and stimulating environment. Children will have the opportunity to "get their hands in the dough", trying their hand at making "infallible" recipes, tested specifically to ensure success and satisfaction for every budding little chef.

Cooking is an act of love that is repeated daily and, during the academy, the children will discover how this simple daily gesture can be transformed into a tool for union and sharing.

The educational workshops, with a limited number of participants, are dedicated to children aged 6 to 11.
