From 25 to 29 August 2025, Gallio once again welcomes the Junior Chef Academy Summer Camp, an exciting cooking academy dedicated to children aged 6 to 11, which will take place at the San Giuseppe Kindergarten, in via Monsignor Liviero 23.

The camp is organized by Il Mondo di Bu, a cooking school for children active in Vicenza since 2012, known for its educational and engaging approach. 

With passion and creativity, Elena and her team will accompany the young aspiring chefs on a journey made up of delicious recipes, simple techniques, games and moments of sharing, stimulating curiosity and taste for good food.

The workshops will take place from Monday to Friday and will offer young participants the opportunity to learn, experiment and have fun among doughs, aromas and flavors, in a serene and welcoming environment. 

The camp is not just a playful opportunity, but an important educational and relational experience: children, through cooking, develop manual skills, attention, collaboration and creativity.

Children will be able to "get their hands in the dough", learn recipes, discover new flavors and share fun moments with their peers.
