A guided excursion to discover mushrooms on the Asiago Plateau, with themed lunch.
What to expect:

- Discover the secret life of mushrooms: shapes, colors, their role in the ecosystem...
- Anecdotes and curiosities about the traditional uses of mushrooms: from the lighting of the fire to the culinary peculiarities....
- Themed lunch at the end of the excursion for those who wish. Here is the special mushroom-based menu at the Albergo Ristorante Campomezzavia.
- Polenta Sopressa and Porcini Mushrooms in batter
- Tagliatelle with Chanterelle Mushrooms
- Roast pork in the oven with mixed seasonal mushrooms and fried potatoes

📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty of 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route does not present any particular technical difficulties, is suitable for everyone and develops between dirt roads and mountain paths. The difference in height is less than 200 m, there are no exposed sections.
🎒WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, notepad, if necessary.
🫰COST: €15 for the guided excursion per person. 10€ for children under 15 years old.
LUNCH COST: € 25 per person for the above menu to be paid directly at the restaurant.
