On Monday 7 April 2025, at 1.00 pm, the Campomulo Refuge offers a special lunch: the "Trader's Monday", a convivial event designed to celebrate the authentic flavors of the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The menu designed for the occasion includes:
- Potato rösti with cream cheese and highland bacon
- Ribs from their own farm, aged for 120 days
- Mixed side dishes
- Water, coffee and wine included!
All at the price of 40 euros per person.
