Destination: Malga Valbella - Asiago
Malga Valbella is a timeless place, where season after season the life of the "herdsmen" is intertwined with that of the wildest mountain.
Through a path that winds through grassy expanses and woods full of life, we arrive at this historic malga, immersed in a landscape with 360° views.
As the sun sets over the mountains, there is a vibrant baritone sound – it's the deer's love song.

In fact, in this season, when the mountain huts are demonstrated, the wild regains possession of its spaces, and where the cows graze lazily in summer, now the animal beaters sing and fight, with the hope of becoming the dominant males of the valley.
In addition to the deer, we listen to stories of mountain life marked by the rhythms of transhumance, the care of animals and the challenges imposed by often unpredictable weather conditions.

📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route does not present any particular technical difficulties, is suitable for everyone and develops between dirt roads and mountain paths. The uphill elevation gain is less than 200 m, there are no exposed sections.
🎒TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate and not very flamboyant (avoid purple - blue), waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, any head torch if in possession with a fixed red light.
🫰COST: €10 for the guided excursion per person. Free for children under 15 years old.
