
On Sunday 22 June 2025, starting from the Enego-Marcesina Cross-Country Ski Centre, the Plateau Marathon will kick off, one of the most anticipated mountain bike competitions of the summer. An event that brings lovers of two wheels to confront tracks immersed in the unspoiled nature of the Asiago Plateau Seven Municipalities, including climbs, descents and spectacular landscapes.
The routes
Participants in the race can choose between two routes:
- Marathon route: 62 km with 1,900 meters of elevation gain
- Classic route: 45 km with 1,400 meters of elevation gain
Both tracks wind through forests, pastures and dirt roads, offering an authentic experience in contact with the mountains, in the heart of the highland area.
Participants must choose the route at the time of registration. It is not allowed to change it during the race. Both routes will be officially signposted starting from Thursday 19 June 2025.
The start for both distances is set for 8:30 a.m. on Sunday 22 June. The Classic (XCP) route will start immediately after the Marathon (XCM).
Requirements and how to participate
The event is open to:
- FCI members and all the bodies belonging to the National Cycling Council, with a card valid for 2025.
FCI members must register via KSport at the following race IDs:
Race 174254 (XCM) Marathon CL 2
Race 174255 (XCP N) Point To Point - Non-members and foreign athletes: the presentation of a competitive medical certificate for cycling, valid beyond 22 June 2025, and the purchase of the daily card (€15) is required for insurance coverage limited to the duration of the event.
Participation with Cyclocross, E-Bike, Tandem, Gravel or Fat Bike is not allowed. The use of an approved helmet is mandatory for the entire duration of the race.

Registration and secretariat
Online registrations are open until June 19, 2025 via the xeventbike website.
It is also possible to register in person at the race secretariat at the Enego-Marcesina Cross-Country Ski Center:
- Saturday 21 June: from 14:30 to 19:00
- Sunday 22 June: 06:30 to 07:30 (only for day passes)
Registration fees
Classic route (45 km):
- BASIC fee (only race services, without race pack and pasta party): € 50.00
- GOLD fee (all race services, with race pack and pasta party): € 60.00
Marathon route (62 km):
- BASIC fee (only race services, without race pack and pasta party): € 60.00
- GOLD fee (all race services, with race pack and pasta party): € 70.00
ELITE, UNDER 23 and JUNIOR odds:
- As provided for in the new rules, the Elite, Under and Junior categories will have a fixed registration fee of € 10.00. Payable to the secretariat at the collection of numbers.
Registration at the secretariat (21 and 22 June 2025):
- Classic route (with race pack and pasta party): € 70.00
- Marathon route (with race pack and pasta party): € 80.00
Opening of grids, start and awards ceremony
- 8:00 a.m. – Opening of grids at the Enego-Marcesina Cross-Country Ski Center
1^ grid: OPEN M/F, Under 23, Junior
2^ grid: VIPs, guests of the CO, Master Woman, combined members and associated circuits
3^ and 4^ grid: Master, in order of registration - 8:30 a.m . – Official start of the Marathon (XCM) and Classic (XCP) routes (the Classic will start immediately behind the Marathon)
- 3:00 p.m. – Award ceremony in the start/finish area at the Enego-Marcesina Cross-Country Ski Center
