Destination: Cima Portule
Cima Portule, with its 2,308 meters, is the second highest peak of the Asiago Plateau and offers spectacular views of the Bees from the Dolomites to the Austrian peaks.
Step by step, the climb takes us through larch forests and mountain pine labyrinths until we reach the summit where we will enjoy a moment of relaxation to have a packed lunch while observing the acrobatic twirls of the alpine choughs.
On the way back, there will be historical notes on this place that was shaken by arson in 2015 at military exercises, of the Great War at the smugglers' streets.
A guided hike on this natural balcony is an unforgettable experience for lovers of nature, history and challenges.

📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 5 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route develops between mountain paths and dirt roads crossing the upper area of the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities. The uphill elevation gain is less than 700 m, there are partially exposed sections.
🎒TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 L), a small snack such as dried fruit, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, any towel to sit on, PACKED LUNCH.
🫰COST: €25 for the guided excursion per person, €10 for children under 15 and season ticket holders.
NB INDICATE ON NOTES THE PRESENCE OF CHILDREN UNDER 15 YEARS OF AGE WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE AGE.
