Destination: Mina della Botte - Asiago Plateau Seven Municipalities
Among larches, orchids and a mountain pine labyrinth: an excursion through history and nature immersed in high-altitude nature!
What to expect:
- Fir and larch forests: places rich in wild life and today little frequented by man. Let yourself be inebriated by the balsamic scent of these woods!
- The observation of wonderful flowers at high altitude: fragrant orchids and carnivorous plants.
- An adventure in a mountain pine maze: an experience off the beaten track.
- Breathtaking views of the upper area of the plateau and the Alps: a packed lunch and a moment of relaxation in a place of rare beauty.
- A journey through the places of the Great War so as not to forget what has indelibly marked this mountain landscape.

📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 4 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route develops between mountain paths and dirt roads crossing the upper area of the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities. The uphill elevation gain is less than 500 m, there are partially exposed sections.
🎒TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate (long trousers are strongly recommended), waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 L), a small snack such as dried fruit, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, any towel to sit on, PACKED LUNCH.
NB It is recommended to wear long trousers.
🫰COST: €25 for the guided excursion per person, €10 for children under 15 and season ticket holders.
Participants will be offered a taste of local products.
🧭MEETING POINT: 9.00 a.m . Junction White Rock
To reach the indicated location, you will have to travel along a stretch of dirt road, which can still be practiced by car, paying attention especially when crossing the rainwater drainage channels. It is advisable to take them sideways. The entrance to the dirt road takes place near "Casa Sant'Antonio" in Asiago.
We start on foot from the meeting point.
