On Saturday, August 23, 2025, at 3:30 p.m., the Gallio Auditorium will host "Miki & Piki", a theatrical show for children and families, which combines fun, creativity and environmental education.
The protagonists of the story are two cute earthworms, Miki and Piki, who, for their tireless work in the earth, are rewarded with a transfer to a composter. At the beginning everything works: food waste, leaves and biodegradable materials to be transformed. But over time, humans begin to throw away unsuitable objects: plastic, polystyrene, medicines... And the situation gets complicated. The two earthworms are ingenious, building machines, games and works of art to survive, but their fight becomes increasingly difficult.
The show, with ironic and poetic tones, clearly shows how important respect for the environment and the correct recycling of waste is.
Through the power of theater and play, a clear message is launched: new stories, new objects, new possibilities can be born from "garbage". All the scenic elements of the show are in fact made with recycled materials, to concretely demonstrate the value of reuse.
An intelligent and engaging show, to learn — while having fun — to take care of our future and the planet.
