Destination: Cima Verena - Plateau of the Seven Municipalities
This guided excursion takes us on an afternoon of immersion in high-altitude nature among the fir and larch forests to reach Cima Verena, over 2000 m, from which you can enjoy an incredible 360-degree panorama that ranges from the Alps to the Po Valley.
Once at high altitude we will be warmly welcomed by the refuge owners and waiting for us there will also be Saya, a yoga teacher who will accompany us to discover particular breathing techniques and through the yoga of feeling and a guided meditation will give us moments of well-being and regeneration for the body, mind and our spirit.
At the end of the yoga lesson, after admiring the magic of the sunset in the mountains, a typical dinner awaits us with the genuine products of the Plateau:
- Fried cheese skewer on seasonal salad.
- Risotto with porcini mushrooms
- Tosella with butter and polenta and mushrooms
- Dessert of the house
- Water
At the end of the dinner we return to the cars with a downhill excursion that will make our evening even more exciting thanks to the myriad of stars that will appear before our eyes.

📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 4 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging). The route does not present any particular technical difficulties. The uphill elevation gain is less than 500 m, there are no exposed sections.
🎒TO BRING ALONG: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate (long pants), waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion, a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, head torch (recommended with fixed red light), MAT FOR THE YOGA CLASS, any spare comfortable pants to follow the lesson.
NB It is recommended to have an extra layer of clothing for the return after dinner (at 2000 m it can be a few degrees above zero).
🫰COST: €20 for the guided excursion per person, €10 for children under 15 and season ticket holders.
🧘🏻 ♀️ YOGA LESSON COST: €15 person to be paid directly on site.
🍽 COST OF THE DINNER: € 25 per person for the typical dinner at the Verena Refuge to be paid directly on site, variations to the menu indicated above are not to be considered included in the price.
Considering that dinner takes place during the tour, it is to be considered mandatory.
