From 30 June to 2 July 2023, "Ori dello Sport" returns, a great sporting event promoted by the Municipality of Roana in the Asiago Plateau 7 Municipalities, under the patronage of the Veneto Region and the Province of Vicenza.
It is a unique event of its kind with the aim of promoting sport, inclusiveness and social sustainability, which promises in this second edition to go "beyond all limits".
A real gathering of sportsmen dedicated to over 10 disciplines, which will offer the opportunity to meet some of the most important Italian Olympic and Paralympic athletes of the sports represented. The event will see the participation of more than twenty Sport Ambassadors from the podium of the main international competitive competitions.
During the event, which will take place in Roana and in the hamlets of Canove, Cesuna and Treschè Conca, it will be possible to participate and attend practical demonstrations, interviews, shows, tournaments and much more!
The program of the event includes a wide variety of activities that will involve sportsmen, families and enthusiasts, offering the opportunity to share and grow through sport, experiencing disciplines such as rugby, karate, athletics, skating, inline hockey, biking, downhill, boxing, biathlon and motorsport. There will also be the typical disciplines of the mountain environment, which will be promoted by the numerous local realities that operate daily in the area.
And, during these 3 days of sport and active and inclusive lifestyle, you will not miss the opportunity to meet your favorite champions, get an autograph and take a souvenir photo with them! In fact, there will be over twenty Sport Ambassadors including Cristian Zaccardo, Miki Biasion, Francesco Bocciardo, Davide Ghiotto, Enrico Fabris, Luca Rigoldi.
Sunday, July 2nd the event will end in style with the GALA DINNER with the athletes of the 2ND EDITION OF ORI DELLO SPORT and with the SHOW COOKING OF CHEF MASSIMO SPALLINO (to participate you must book by June 22nd at 12:00).
Ori dello Sport is an event that involves everyone, adults and children, in a unique experience of sharing, exchange and growth.

ATHLETES PRESENT AT "ORI DELLO SPORT 2023"
Numerous Sport Ambassadors present at "Ori dello Sport" will actively participate in the event through exhibitions and testimonies.
Rally drivers: Miki Biasion two-time world champion, first and only driver to have won the Safari Rally; Luigi Battistolli, multiple Italian and European champion; and Alberto Battistolli, winner of numerous races of the historic and modern Italian Rally Championship.
Remaining in the field of motor racing , Stefano Nadalini, uphill speed driver, winner of the Italian Mountain Speed Trophy, confirmed his presence.
Vespa Gimkana professionals Tomas Calzà and Leonardo Pilati will be on two wheels.
The world of football will be well represented Cristian Zaccardo, World Champion 2006 with the Italian National Team, player of Milan, Vicenza and Palermo; and Cristian La Grotteria, Argentine football coach, sports manager and former footballer in the role of striker.
Swimming cannot be missing, to represent which the event has invited Francesco Bocciardo, Paralympic swimmer, winner of two gold medals at Tokyo 2020 and three gold medals at the Madeira 2022 World Championships.
For boxing there will be the European Champion Luca Rigoldi.
Athletics will have as its champion Lorenzo Paissan, European Relay Champion 2016 and 100 meters in 2019.
Dance will also participate in Ori nello Sport thanks to the presence of Riccardo Meneghini, dancer, choreographer and teacher member of the Carolyn Carlson Company, together with Nicoletta Tinti, Italian gymnast who founded the "InOltre" Company with Silvia Bertolizza.
In the dress of the sports most linked to the mountain nature of the territory of Roana, we find Gabriella Pedroni absolute Italian champion in the uphill time trial and winner of the European Cup of specialty; Alan Beggin, thirteen-time Italian Downhill Champion; Franco Pesavento, Winter Duathlon and Triathlon World Champion in 2022, Winter Triathlon 2023 bronze medalist.
On the ice the public will meet Davide Ghiotto, ice speed skater, gold and silver medalist in 2023 at the World Championships in Heerenveen, as well as bronze at the Beijing 2022 Olympics; Enrico Fabris, coach and former skater, winner of two gold medals and one bronze medal at the Turin 2006 Winter Olympics; Roberta Rodeghiero, figure skater.
For skiing, finally, the Freestyle skier Leonardo Donaggio will participate. Without forgetting hockey, for which Luca Roffo, former captain and manager of the Vicenza Devils inline hockey team, will be present.
