Destination: Val Lastaro - Lusiana Conco - Plateau of the Seven Municipalities
A guided excursion through the pastures and beech and fir woods of Val Lastaro takes us to admire the spring wonders of the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities between history and nature.
Step by step, we reach the top of gentle slopes that offer an exciting view of the Venetian plain.
Waiting for us near a mountain hut, on this Easter Monday we will have the opportunity to discover the secrets of the art of falconry, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Through a close encounter with birds of prey (owls, barn owls, tawny owls, buzzards) we get to know these fascinating predators and their role in the ecosystem, having the opportunity to learn scientific curiosities and extraordinary anecdotes directly from an expert falconer of Falconiera Historia.
Children and adults will have the opportunity to try to hold them with the glove on their fist, so that they can admire them up close. An unforgettable adventure that allows you to get to know these magnificent animals!
Participants will be offered an aperitif based on local products.
At the end of the meeting with the falconer, the guided excursion continues through the pastures to the cars.
Reservations are required.
Dogs cannot be brought to this event.
📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging). The route does not present any particular technical difficulties. The uphill elevation gain is less than 250 m, there are no exposed sections.
Please note that participation is recommended for adults and children over 6 years old, accustomed to walking.
🎒TO BRING WITH YOU: waterproof mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion or hot tea, a small snack such as dried fruit, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, any towel to sit on.
🫰COST: €25 for the guided excursion with falconry demonstration per person, €15 for children under 15 and season ticket holders.
Participants will be offered an aperitif based on local products.

We start on foot from the meeting point.
! !️ By prior agreement with the guides, it is possible to stop for a packed lunch (brought from home) in the malga and then return independently to the cars. This request must, if necessary, be made explicit at the time of booking on NOTES.
