DESTINATION: Piana di Vezzena - Alpe Cimbra
De-siderare was the term used by the ancients to indicate the gesture of observing the sky and entrusting to it the most intimate and profound thoughts ... And even today we also want to live with you the magic that these experiences give.
An easy path through the pastures of Trentino, leads us through the Piana di Vezzena from Malga Fratte towards Camporosà.
The darkness of these remote places offers us one of the most beautiful skies in Italy, snowshoeing (or walking) with so many stars reflecting on the snow is unforgettable!
And during this evening in company, we will not only tell you about the territory that surrounds you, but also many curiosities about the celestial vault between mythology and science!
Halfway along the route we will stop for dinner at Malga Camporosà to enjoy a typical menu with:
First choice and mixed cutting board.
Reservations are required.
DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route is a ring, does not present particular technical difficulties and there are no exposed sections. It develops between mountain paths and dirt roads. The difference in height uphill is less than 200 m, the length does not exceed 6 km
TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water or hot tea for the duration of the excursion, a small snack such as dried fruit, cap, gloves, front torch possibly with fixed red light.
COST: 15€ for the guided excursion. 5€ for children under 15 years.
Possible snowshoes and poles rental: € 10 per person.
In case there is not enough snow, we will proceed on foot without the aid of snowshoes.
DINNER PRICE: 20 € per person. Dinner is mandatory, it takes place during the route. The price includes: first choice, mixed cutting board, water - drinks not included.
MEETING POINT: at 4.30 pm Hotel Vezzena - Località Passo Vezzena, 38056 Levico Terme TN.
From there you need to travel by car with your own vehicle of 5 minutes.
