MID-AUGUST 2023 LUNCH MENU OF THE VILLA CIARDI RESTAURANT
A dish for each course is available to choose from. Menu with fixed price 60 euros, extra wine.
Starters
- Selection of mixed cheeses from the Pennar di Asiago Dairy with organic jams
- Beef tartare Km 0 beaten with a knife on toasted bread (on request with Paduan chicken yolk)
- Beef tartare Km 0 beaten with a knife with flakes of Asiago cheese mezzano Pennar
- Organic ricotta and radicchio roll on sweet gorgonzola fondue
First courses
- Pappardelle with porcini mushrooms collected by Paolo and flakes of overaged cheese Malga Porta Manazzo
- Homemade tagliolini with venison ragout flavored with berries from the 40 Campi
- Carnaroli risotto with Lagrein riserva with porcini mushrooms, Asiago D.O.P. and crispy sopressa - minimum two people
Second courses
- Sliced Sorana Veneta beef scented with herbs from the garden with baked potatoes and organic vegetables Ciardi
- Pork fillet on D.O.P. pecorino cheese fondue with Ciardi organic vegetable caponata
- Goulash stew with polenta and mixed mushrooms from the Central Plateau
