Chef Vanni has a special menu in store for you that celebrates local excellence with carefully prepared dishes and selected and seasonal ingredients (discover the MENU below).
It will be a journey through the flavors of the past, revisited with passion and creativity: from wild spring herbs to local cheeses, from Bassano asparagus to handmade pasta, each course tells a story made of memory and territory and testifies to the quality and passion that animate the cuisine of the refuge.
