On Saturday, July 6, 2024 at 5:00 p.m., an event of great cultural relevance will be held at the Institute of Cimbrian Culture in Roana: the presentation of the new dictionary of the Cimbrian language of the Seven Municipalities.
This volume, edited by Prof. Luca Panieri of the IULM University of Milan, is the paper version of the online dictionary and, together with the latter and the new grammar, represents a fundamental tool for the preservation and enhancement of the Cimbrian language, a unique and precious cultural heritage.

It will be a unique opportunity to learn about the process of recovery and enhancement of a minority language, as well as to understand the importance of these initiatives for the preservation of local traditions.
