On Wednesday 30 July 2025, at 21:00, at the Cinema Teatro Palladio in Cesuna, the film Brenta Connection will be screened, an original and independent pulp comedy , written and directed by Cristian Tomassini and produced by Anima Film.

Inspired by a real event that happened in the province of Vicenza in June 2022 – when a photocopier containing one million euros in cash was mistakenly shredded in an ecocenter – the film mixes reality and invention, bringing to the screen a surreal and grotesque story of a country, but deeply linked to the territory.

Filmed in Venetian dialect, with inserts in Italian and English, Brenta Connection is a work that blends genres and registers, offering an ironic, sharp and human cross-section of the Venetian province.
