On Sunday, November 10 , 2024, the Asiago Plateau will see a special day dedicated to the rebirth and recovery of the SelvArt Park - Art and Nature Park, in Mezzaselva di Roana. After years of neglect, the park is preparing to come back to life thanks to the commitment of the Pro loco of Mezzaselva and the collaboration of the new municipal administration of Roana, which has granted the Pro loco the management of the area.
A unique opportunity for all those who wish to actively contribute to the restoration of one of the most fascinating places in the area.
During the morning, the sculptor Marco Martalar, a local artist known for his works inspired by nature and mountain culture, will also be present, whose participation will make the experience even richer and more engaging.
Program of the day:
- 8:30 a.m . meeting at the K2 Hotel in Mezzaselva di Roana, where participants will be welcomed and organized for cleaning activities;
- 9:00 am the group will move inside the SelvArt Park to devote themselves to the work necessary for the redevelopment of the area: cleaning the path, mowing the weeds, moving trunks and branches, repositioning some artistic works and restoring the signs;
- 1:00 p.m. lunch offered to all volunteers, as a thank you for the commitment shown.
Useful information for participants:
- it is advisable to wear appropriate clothing, boots and work gloves;
- the minimum recommended age to participate is 6 years;
- for better organization, reservations are welcome via WhatsApp at , specifying name, surname and number of participants;
- In case of rain, the event will be postponed to the following Sunday, November 17 , 2024.
