On Saturday 20 September 2025, in Gallio, the 3rd edition of "SCARGAR MALGA!" will be held, the long-awaited event that celebrates the end of the mountain pasture season, mountain products and traditions of the Asiago Plateau 7 Municipalities.

The whole day will be dedicated to the enhancement of mountain pasture products and honey, with a rich program of initiatives that will animate the center of the town. Among these, also "Beekeepers and Malghesi in the square", an exhibition-market with the highland malghesi cheese producers and local beekeepers, who will offer tastings and direct sales.

In the early afternoon, the most awaited moment: the transhumance of the herd of Malga Busafonda, which will cross the village with the festively harnessed cattle, accompanied by the herdsmen. 

Scargar Malga is a day of celebration, sharing and collective memory, to pay homage to an ancient culture that still lives and renews itself on the Plateau of the Seven Municipalities.
