On Thursday 22 August 2024 from 18.00 to 19.00 at the Parco delle Leggende in Cesuna di Roana there will be a Pilates/Garuda practice with Caterina Pezzoli, certified teacher.
A new and innovative method, Garuda encompasses the principles of pilates, breathing, the asanas of Yoga and the athleticism of dance. Holistic, organic, dynamic, it is intelligent movement. Where Pilates ends , Garuda begins .
