As part of the calendar of "Su, in Malga!", the summer festival promoted by the Municipality of Gallio to enhance the culture of the mountain pastures, an engaging morning experience for the whole family is scheduled for Saturday 5 July 2025 : "Little great chefs at Malga Biancoia", scheduled from 9:00 to 12:00.
Accompanied by Asiago Guides, participants will reach Malga Biancoia, in the splendid basin that gives its name to the locality, to live an experience of discovery and taste.
On the Asiago Plateau there are about a hundred mountain huts, many of which, in recent years, have added a tourist vocation to the production activity, starting to offer catering service to visitors to our mountains. Malga Biancoia is one of these.
During the visit it will be possible to get to know the life of the malga up close, closely observe the stages of milk processing and above all... "put your hands in the dough"! The heart of the activity will in fact be a workshop for young and old, during which you can actively participate in the production of ricotta, making a genuine snack with your own hands to be enjoyed on the spot.

The route does not present any particular technical difficulties, is suitable for everyone and develops between dirt roads and mountain paths. The uphill elevation gain is less than 100 m, there are no exposed sections.
🎒TO BRING ALONG: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion, a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat.
