Saturday 6 September 2025 from 17.00 to 20.00
Destination: Malga Camporosà
Among its green pastures, Malga Camporosà welcomes visitors in an enchanted landscape where nature and history meet.
Here, between gentle ups and downs and exciting views, there is a dolmen.
Dolmens and Menhirs are mysterious stones that tell of ancestral rites and deep connection with the land.
And from them we draw inspiration to tell you about the origins of cheese production. How did man discover how to make cheese? How have these techniques evolved throughout history? There will also be an informative moment to talk about raw milk cheese, its history and future prospects.
At the end of the walk, the welcome of the malga and a typical dinner with genuine flavors complete the experience.
The typical dinner menu at Malga Camporosà is the herdsman's dish consisting of : fresh cheese, hot polenta, mushrooms, beans and soppressa.
