Sun 7 September 2025 from 9.30 to 12.30
Destination: Val Formica mountain huts
Many think that the term Val Formica derives from the presence of red ants, but in reality it means, from the Cimbrian, Valley for Milk.
Its pastures are so valuable that they have given the place its name.
We move from hut to hut among vast scenery and exciting views to rediscover the life of the mountain pasture from the present day to times gone by.
Herbs, cow breeds, the art of cheese-making handed down for generations, these are the main ingredients for the production of a mountain product of excellence: cheese.
Visiting the places that produce it to complete our sensory experience, you cannot miss a taste of this mountain "gold"!
Reservations are required.
📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
