On Saturday 18 January , the Biosphaera Guides organize a panoramic snowshoe hike at sunset on Mount Longara.
Starting from the valley station of the Melette ski lifts, you follow a forest road, which leads through snow-covered meadows and forests to the ridge of Mount Longara. Continue until you reach Casara Longara Davanti near which there is the famous Libralbero, a bookshop with some volumes available that tell the story of the Plateau, and from which you can admire the sunset.
The return to the cars will be made by immersing yourself in an off-track path in the middle of the woods.
The excursion will be led by Luca Grotto, Environmental Hiking Guide and historian.
In case of no snow, the excursion will still take place, without the use of snowshoes.
